The nostalgic duo “Stimme auf Schwarz-Weiß” is formed by soprano Franziska Scheffler and accordionist Dragan Ribić. Since 2015, they have been interpreting the music of yesteryear, alternating between different epochs and styles. As well as operettas and musicals of the 20th century, the Duo’s varied repertoire also includes Baroque music and art songs of the Romantic era, as well as selected opera literature.

Dragan Ribić’s playing was masterful, the singing of Franziska Scheffler no less so. Together they inspired the audience in a way that one could have mistaken the evening’s event for a rock concert, as evidenced by the uproarious applause and ovations.
